Can Squidward be too mean to Spongebob at times?

As Spongebob began to make more episodes, I've noticed that Squidward can't stand him even more. It seems that he just hates him so much now! Spongebob is annoying, but can Squiddy be too mean to him, or does Spongebob get what he deserves when Squidward kicks him out of his house? I think that most of the time he does deserve it. He just won't leave the poor squid alone!

Once again, Exacto Practo. I feel that the writers have gone overboard with it, it was funny for the first couple of episodes, but now the writers have taken it too far. They should really get a new storyline for the show.

Sometimes he can be mean to him. Like in "Christmas Who?" and "Fools in April."

Squid's gone completely crazy. I think I've figured it out though. If you just tell Spongebob nicely that you don't want to play with him, then he'll leave you alone peacefully. But if you shout and scream at him like Squid does, then he'll keep pestering you. Why doesn't Squidward just play with him one time to get Spongebob off his back??

SpongeBob gets on my nerves at times and I don't blame Squidward for yelling, but at other times I think he takes his temper too far. I feel so bad for SpongeBob in "Fools in April." I didn't see the first few seconds of it, but that trick was nasty!

Exactly why "Fools in April" is one of my most hated episodes.

Exactly. When Squidward comes to SpongeBob's house and Patrick mentions how hard he was crying, I wanna jump right through the TV and hug poor SpongeBob!

I laughed for about two seconds....because of the guy's disgust, not the prank.

I only laughed after the prank when it showed all the places SpongeBob hit when he was pranked.

He got a rope tied to his ankle that flung him into sacks of flour, and then flung him at the wall, then through some fat guy's butt, and then at ceiling, and then Squidward put a trash can where SpongeBob landed.

And the ending was the worst part, SpongeBob pulled a nasty prank back to Squidward!
