    well who do you guys think it is? i'm too lazy to make a poll, so i will just say mine

    my favorites are scooter and old man jenkins because they are constantly hillarious

    The Flying Dutchman and Mrs. Puff are too important to be considered minor characters.

    I say King Neptune in the movie is my favorite small character.

    I'd have to say that Old Man Jenkins is my all time favorite minor character. I love everything he says and does. My second favorite small character has to be Dr. Gillium. His voice is priceless!!! I used to love Scooter, but in the 4th season they changed his voice and that kinda killed the character for me.
