What was the most memorable or probably the greatest episode with him in it? It is probably Shanghai hands down. The episode didn't lack in any areas, was creative, dazzling plot etc.., while Ghost host was of course the worst.

I like the episode "Scaredy Pants" in general, not necessarily focusing on the Flying Dutchman's appearence.

While Shanghaied is my favorite Dutchman episode (love the Patrick ending), I wouldn't say Ghost Host was terrible; It may just be my dark sense of humor saying this, but that episode was really good too--very bizarre.
I'd have to say Born Again Krabs is the weakest Dutchman episode; while it did answer the question of Krabs being generous, it kinda portrayed the scary green ghost as an underwater version of Death.

Yeah, Shanghaied is my choice. I think that Born Again Krabs was a bad episode with a poor storyline.
