    Best Children's Cartoon on air, but the best cartoon IMO is The Simpsons.

    Seeing as this is on the SB forums, it's obvious what's going to be said the most.

    Personally, I think the classic Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie and stuff is the best American cartoon. It is the foundations for modern drawn animation, and it's a true classic. Just my opinion; I still love SB, though.
