I mean really, in the earlier seasons it definitely wasn't as bad, but the results are monstrous like in Good Neighbors and Squid Wood! Those were just HORRIBLE and flat-out SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!! Doesn't anyone appreciate the Squid anymore? Because it seems like he's been the most hated character in the show ever since these blasted new writers took charge, why do they hate him so much? He's been pushed around with the most grueling and torturous cruel and unusual punishments ever! This is ridiculous! Squidward better get some good fortunes again soon like in House Fancy! These are true words from the Squidward fan! He's my most favorite character, and I hate what the writers have done to him and Plankton over the last few years!
Everyone please post here and give out your thoughts and feelings about this! ( I also despise Boating Buddies!)
Those episodes may be in the past now, but still, they were terrible towards Squidward and the voice actor Rodger Bumpass! Stop pushing him around writers! They are mean!
I wonder what is in store for Squidward in the future, but whatever it is, I hope he deserves better! Who's with me?

I agree with you. I have noticed that Squidward has been getting tortured in recent episodes. I guess the writers think it's funny but it isn't, epscially to Squidward fans.

Squidward Sabotage haterz!! lol and I kinda liked "boating buddies" the only thing I didn't like about it was SB acting all crazy and being a Squidward fanatic that was way to creepy, and I'm used to the Sabotaging of Squidward, I mean once you've seen all of season 1-6 u just get used to it.

I don't like his torture either....I mean, considering his living arrangement, you can't blame him for despising SpongeBob and Patrick. All he wants is a little peace and privacy and just gets tortured....it's not fair!

So unfair for Squidums! He's my favorite character, and as much as I've gotten used to the sabotage, I think they should just give him a rest already, he's a good guy, like Rodger Bumpass once said

Meh I've gotten use to the sabotage and I defintely feel for bad Squidward. However, that doesn't keep me from hating episodes like Boating Buddies. And even my all-time favorite episode The Camping Episode has Squidward sabotage in it.

I agree with you! That is one of my most hated Squidward sabotage episodes of all time! My most hated episode is Fungus Among Us, so I think Squid Wood comes in second place, third place I think is Boating Buddies. Those episodes just basically went over the borderline. WAY over the borderline.
@Chewster17: WHAAAAATTT??????!!!!!!!!!! (Sorry but I personally don't see how anyone could love Squid Wood, it was so annoying! Same thing goes for FAU with its gross horror that should never see the light of day again.)

I miss him too. Its like the movie: Barnyard: The Original Party Animals. We all miss ReanadAnasRock like how everyone missed Ben (Otis's dad) when he got killed by those coyotes. Ah, I remember seeing that movie when it first came out in theaters which was in the summer of 2006 with my cousin Travis from Missouri, so seeing it again in January this year sure brung back memories... Man I miss those good old days. Whoops getting off-topic! Anyway where was I? oh yes, ReanadAnasRock.

He was a great guy, but I see what you mean by opposing views, he suprisingly wasn't too fond of The Camping Episode, and even though it had Squidward Sabotage in it, I loved it! I guess just seeing Squidward getting beat up by a sea bear in a funny kind of way didn't phase me, unlike ReanadAnasRock.

Face it, I don't know what happened around that time, but disaster somehow struck here and caused things to go downhill ever since ReaandAnasRock left. Think about it... His last day here was on November 26th, right before Thanksgiving, and he also posted his very last message in a thread here too on that day as well, but then it happened... something... whatever it was.

Why oh why did this happen? But it did, after he left, this place turned evil all of a sudden, because first Rea left, then in the middle of December, RedSoxFan and ilovejn get banned for making a lot of quote pyramids. And then absolutely WORST of all, around the beginning of January, next PokeSponge and Eggs Are Fun get banned! And PokeSponge only got suspended for two days, and it was only his first suspension! That's not right! The administrators made the biggest mistake ever by banning both of them the second day of their suspension.

After that happened, since all those good funny and cool users got banned who were around here stalking this place in the good old days, after they all got banned here, now it feels like the good old days are lost and over... especially since towards the end of October when parties were no longer allowed here, and games. Plus a lot of other old users don't come around here no more ever since the new redesign too. Like meatboys and livewire. Anyone here remember them?

This place sucks now, what the hell happened to it? This is not fun... But I see you guys are trying to make it a fun place again and more active by inviting other users from other show boards over here. I don't know what kind of impact it will have on here, but I hate to say it... this place just still isn't the same without Rea, PokeSponge, Eggarefun, RedSoxFan, and ilovejn. THAT's WHY people are pissed off about this place, all the cool users who make this site a BETTER PLACE and MORE ACTIVE PLACE get banned. Injustices! And some lousy trolls are here too and they never get the axe. TV.com really has got to have a not so strict ban policy.

Sorry about that long "I miss the good old days and users who are now banned" speech, but I just had to get that out of me!
