    I like the Movie one better, I hope they use him even if they can't afford to have Tambor voice his part again.

    Actually, it isn't new, they used the old Neptune in an season 5 episode. So that one is the 'new' one.
    But his first appearence was in season 1, so he's still the 'old' one.
