There is King Neptune who appeared in the movie and there's King Neptune who appeared in Neptune's Spatula and SpongBob v.s. The Patty Gadget.Why are there to and which one is the real king of the sea?

The King Neptune in Neptune's Spatual and SpongeBob vs The Patty Gadget is known as Neptune the 14th. As said in Krusty Towers.
