Pfft...why on Earth was he reported...he never did anything wrong! *sarcasm of course*

That was my exact thought when I heard he was suspened(sacrcasm added of course). I'm suprised schillingklaus didn't get suspened earlier for his post, 'cause from what I remember he pissed alot of people off in the past.

Yeah that guy was a weirdo, and he never makes sense in his posts! I hope he doesn't return ever.

I laugh at pretty much every post he makes. But yeah, that guy is a troll who always messes up our discussions.

I agree. I sort of "looked foward" to his opinions in a sense. It was hilarious.

Dude, y'all took the words right outta my mouth.

Natalie - You're right. He was pretty good at ticking people off. And I agree 100%. Whenever I got onto the iCarly forum, if I ever saw that he was the last to post on a thread that I'd posted on sometime before, I just have to check right away. It always cracked me up how he disagreed with EVERYONE.

Xiaxia - Totally. On the "Who should Freddie choose?" discussion thing, we were far from talking about who Freddie would choose all because of him. Somehow, that basically ended with all of us who were on there as villains or evil-something-or-others.

Seriously, though. He was, like, an anti-Thumper (from Bambi). Instead of "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all," he was more or less like "If you can't agree with what anyone says...let them know about it!" (AKA, "If you can't say anything disagreeable, don't say anything at all.")

Well, the main problem why TV writers don't want to use fanfic mainly because 1. critics and fans might hate the episode, and 2. unless the writers have permission to use of one of these fanfics to write episodes on, they would probably get sued. I know in the MLP fandom, there was this crazy fanfic called Cupcakes, which I never read so (It's a mix of ponies and Sweeney Todd)and there are crazed up fans who actually wanted it to be an real episode! (shudders)

They would probably get sued unless the writer of the fanfiction story would get credit or paid or something like that. I'm sure Dan doesn't want to deal with that.

Whoever said he wasn't allowed to? He's the actual writer and producer of the show, I'm pretty sure every network executive (including Dan himself) probably finds themselves to be better than fanfiction authors.

Well, I agree with you on that. He can create better things than most fanfiction writers, but some fanfiction stories are really good! I would like to see them in the show.

Just to make it clear. Dan legally can't read your script/story idea unless it is sent in by a licensed agent. Legal reasons. So basically no one can sue him for using your script/story idea in other words.

Licensed agents are totally unable to read and understand my stories, either.

    http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7118699/2/Dustiny

I just had a look at this.
Of course licensed agents could read it. The page is only at a 4.5 grade level writing. You've got 89 paragraphs which I don't know why.

    But anyway.

It's kind of funny, though, when I used to read fanfictions all the time, I would just imagine that the end of every chapter was like a commercial break in an actual episode.
