    I didn't write that iCarly was a kids SHOW. I wrote that it was on a kids NETWORK. It's a good show, but mostly younger kids and younger teens watch it. Doesn't mean that older than like 18 don't watch it either.

    Between those ages ratings-wise is what I mean by that. I'm not trying to say that iCarly is the greatest show out there if that's what you mean.

    And I think that as the series goes on, the characters will become more mature, look more mature, and deal with more mature situations. I mean if you take a look at Carly when the show first started in September 2007, and then take a look at her in the newer episodes, she looks more mature. Same with the other characters.

    Obviously the characters are going to look more mature, Jennette is seventeen now, shes nearly an adult. As far as the story-lines getting more mature.... I'm not sure, of course there never going to show anything having to do with drugs, sex, alcohol. I like the show as it is, its a comedic relief from all the drama/teen shows I watch.

    But their characters are younger than the actual actors. And it's called GETTING OLDER. I'm quite aware of that. And Jenette McCurdy does NOT look 17. And the story-lines can get more mature withOUT drugs, sex, and alcohol. Also, it can be funny even if there are more mature situations...

    Well Idk, maybe they could have more complex relationship issues, (and not just with Spencer lol) And I'm not sure what grade they're in. Maybe they're starting high school soon. Wait. There was one episode with that he-she bully (who was a senior) so I guess they're in high school. But if you look at the 'iCarly episode ideas' fourms, I think I had a pretty good idea.
