a dead fish. But it turns out that was the dead fish that Sam put in Freddys locker. So Sam throwed up but it got on Carly and then Carly threw up and it got on Spencer. But then Carly and Sam recovered but Spencer threw up on the spaghetti tacos and Carly and Sam got sick again

the thousands of americans affected with swine flu. So now that the monkey had stopped swine flu everyone started to adopt monkeys so they would never be sick. But all the monkeys peed in humans eyes and caused them to get blind and run into the street and get hit by cars. But unfotunatley the car drivers would also be blind so they would go right past the people without hitting them but would run into the houses.

Lewbert but then he thought that theres no way Freddie can be dating someone with a wart as disgusting as Lewberts so he took off Lewberts wart and Lewbert was so mad that he shot the person who took his wart off but when he went back to where he and Freddie were dating Freddie ran for his life so he wouldnt be the next victim of assassination.
