It is a sign of scary movie four! There was a reference ot michael Jackson in scary movie 3.

*Aang, Katara, and Sokka are packing up from Mardi Gras. Aang and Katara are putting some luggage on Appa and are ready to leave the hotel while Sokka is lying down depressed because he didn't see any hot topless girls like he wanted to. In comes a fat cleaning lady in her 40s.*

Aang: Come on Sokka. We need to get going.
Sokka: I don't feel like it. I want to stay here unless I see some "action."
Katara: *sighs* Why is my brother like this? *then thought of an idea. She whispers to the cleaning lady*
Cleaning lady: *turns around and faces in front of Sokka* You want some action? Here. *lifts up her top uniform for a few seconds and pulls it back down* Now, are you satisfied?
Sokka: Okay, now I'm good.

This may sound stupid, but what the heck is Mardi Gras?!
