Seriously, I think that everyone is entitled to their opinions and we can all agree that Death Note pwns over most shows if not all the shows.

Probably because you haven't seen real anime..
I don't consider it anime. I've seen incredible anime movies that are just genius though.

    Gotta love Miyazaki.

*nods* Genius. So... uh... what's Death Note about?
Go watch 2 episodes and you will be hooked. Its a bit more mature though.

Katsuhiro Otomo has issue with that statement.

What I hear about Death Note is that you kill people by writing their name in a book. That sounds kinda lame to me but I'm planning on watching an episode of it.

Wow don't judge until you watch it. If I said Avatar is about some 12 year old wanting to save the world it would sould lame to right?

It's fine. I can usually sneak in an MA rating, though it can't be that mature. *goes to watch*

It's more than that...Since you don't know their name, people use psychology and stuff to interrogate them and find out their names. It's quite interesting...

Wait we are comparing Death Note to avatar? Ok now this is a SERIOUS WTF moment. I mean Death Note has genius characters, and a genius plot and genius execution. NO story can top it's use of wits and psycological warfare. Specially in the beggining and the end arcs. Pure Genius.

And comparing Death Note to Naruto is a WTF moment too.

Death Note is one of the best animes' it pwns Avatar and it pwns Naruto.

For some strange reason, I was never able to get into Death Note. However, I won't deny that it's interesting.

My favorites are Naruto, Bleach, and Elfen Lied.
Dude you didn't get into death note? Are you on crack? Come on dude...seriously.....

I garantee you'll like it better than Avatar. It's about a guy name Light who finds a notebook that when you write a persons name in it they AUTOMATICALLY die by the way you want. If you don't state how they will die, they'll die of a heart attack. Light starts killing criminals and "Bad" people. And he's trying to avoid being caught by the police, and killing criminals at the same time, his killing name is "Kira". L is the worlds greatest detective and is assigned to capture Kira. Can light evade Kira and punish the evil people of the world? Find out.

But no matter how good it is, it won't stop Avatar from being high quality too.
