Hmm... Like each episode has a magical purpos to each player. If someone contracts it, the magic has informaded into energy, which makes you want and change for more..
Hmm.. what could be my special?

It's impossible to say. It should be remembered that these "special episodes" are not always the "favorite episodes". When it comes down to "favorite" almost everyone picks one of the finales. Rather, these are the episodes that get people hooked on the show. They appeal to different people for different reasons.

If you ask me, Avatar isn't hyped enough... It has one of the most interesting stories in all froms of animation today, and it actually has stories, plots and characters, that REAL human beings can realte too... Over-hyped would be Dragon Ball Z or something... I like them and all, but WOW... Overrated.

I concur with what Isabel said. The best thing about this show is that it was planned out from the begining, and the writers refused to change anything just to suit the fans. As a result, everything in the story ties together perfectly, right down to the tinniest details. For some excellent examples of this, go to the "Forshadowing in Avatar" thread. Some of the stuff in there is quiet frankly incredible.

It's a good thing they stuck with their beginning plans, too, or else Zutara would've happened.

-clears throat- And what is so wrong with Zutara?

Maybe because it introduced Haru and his sexyfine hair? For me I think it was actually the Book 1 finale that really got me and by the Book 2 finale I was ridiculously obsessed. Good times, good times.

No, no, I did. But, they never really got into me. I want to watch it again, just to try grasping it.

for someone it might be the great divide lol

in general, Avatar is a well thought out plot, that has not varied from the beginning to the end

only main small exceptions are Toph, the increase of importance of Sokka(thus probably adding of sokka's master episode and maybe hawky )

it has an appeal that easily draws someone who is 7 and also someone who is 97, while other shows might not have such broad drawing power age wise

in the other side of things; in some cases it might depend of one's tastes, just like in "type of movies"

some people like romances, other people situation comedy, for others silly comedy, for others dram, for others adventures, for others strict Science fiction, for others fantasy(LOTR, Hary Potter, Tales of Caspia), for others bloody and/or very scary movies (halloween, Alien vs predator, chucky), for others "classic suspense" (Psycho, Dracula, the birds, invasion of the body snatchers)

many like a combination of various genres, not just one

for example for myself, I simply I am not into movies like "chucky, chainsaw massacre or halloween" yet I like Frankestein and psycho, and don't ask me to like movies like "another scary movie" or the jackass movies and series

they simply are not my taste, but I respect those who love them

I think the worse movie ever is "the barbarians" but I am sure there are people who loved it

I've got nothing against Zutara. But when all is said and done, I am an Aang fan (to a certain degree), and I want the ship that makes him happiest

as much as it pains me to make you ache, Kataang is simply the most logical thing

now, if the story was that Katara found Aang 15 yrs later (read rufftoon's storyline at her deviant art pages), than it makes more sense that zutara will happen, and that Aang ends up with one of the 2 daughters of Azula
