    who wants avatar the last airbender to come back because I really do. I mean I just get so bored without avatar

    Not really. It would be so pointless, the story is done. If they could have a strotyline that didnt suck fine but I just doubt thats possible.

    The story ended good, if they make a 4th season I think it will ruin the series.

    I see reruns on Nicktoons Network.

    Yeah, but they didn't resolve the storyline with Zuko's mother. They could make a fourth season involving that somehow.

    But each books needs 20 eps, and I doubt they will have 20 eps focusing on Ursa.

    A movie about it though would be good.

    I would enjoy a new project occurring in the universe of Avatar. It could focus on Zuko's journey to find Ursa, or it could be an entirely new series. I have always maintained that a series focusing on the first avatar would be spectacularly epic.

    Ursa wouldn't necessarily have to be the only part of the plot. There could be a new villain as well. Possibly an earthbender or maybe even a waterbender (because they did already have Long Feng...). And maybe Azula could escape...

    If they could make a story half as epic as the last airbender and still three times as epic as Naruto then i'll watch it. My belief is that the name of the show leaves as many opening for sequels/prequels as they feel like making.

    Avatar: the first/last air/fire/water/earthbender etc...

    i think they should now focus on aang's life with the air nomad's to the moment he get's stuck in the iceberg.

    something like cartoon network is doing with anakin's life in star wars the clone wars.

    I actually read something about a spin-off series. According to some editor of a certain site the makers of avatar would be interested in "doing more with the avatar universe" and they would like to make a spin-off series. Of course I don't know if this is true as it isn't confirmed (for as far as I know).
    Personally I hope there will be a lot more avatar starting with a (short) sequel (book 4: air?). They can write something about Zuko and his mother and about rebuilding the world. In order to do that Aang has to start with restoring the culture of the air-benders. He has to teach people air-bending and the way of life as he has learned from the monks and people will start living in the air temples again. It isn't really epic like the original series so there has to be something else as well.
    Anyway, if there will be more avatar it will probably not be there before mid 2010 considering they started making the series in 2003 and was first released in february 2005.

    How about this: a new season that involves more of the spirit world,
    and ozai gets his bending back (and gathers his followers). Azula gets out of the jail/penitentiary/mental hospital....whatever.

    and how about one of the main characters getting killed??
    I like tragedies and evil winning over good.

    I wouldn't mind if it came back though I don't know if they have enough of a storyline as they pretty much wrapped everything up.
