    Azula is, hands down. Zuko isn't much of a villan to me, he is just a misunderstood teen with problems.

    LOL......and yeh that pee his pants was hilarious. I voted for Azula as well, but second I'd have to say Long Feng because he knew how to get to Aang...its just unfortunate for him that they were smart enough to get Appa back.

    It would definitely have to be Zuko! Azula sucks. She is just a generic villain. Zhao was good but not one of the best characters in the show. Long Feng and the Dai Li are incredible but since Zuko is such a dynamic character, they lose to the Prince.

    Yeah but Azula is only liked so much??because she is powerful.??I love??her fighting style but you need to do more than have pretty flames to be a good villain.??She is just??a shallow character.
