    im nto a shipper of any pair but it has to be zutara b/c 1: Aang cant have her he has to let her go b/c of the avatar state as he was told by the monk its like a jedi he cant have a any really personal relationships help him make decisions concerning his dutys...which is to protect the world...he has to have everyone at thought not just someone he loves...AND IT HAS TO BE ZUTARA b/c if aang wins fire lord dies and such for zuko and katara to be together it would symbolize the nations finally coming together

    see what had happened was that ninja avatar was arguing on behalf of kataang/against zutara by saying that a)zuko's threatened/captured katara (true) b)aang has had a crush on her(also true) and c)"she reciprocates those feelings"(blatant fabrication)

    i pointed out that ninja avatar was just making stuff up now, since katara has, in fact NOT reciprocated aang's feelings.

    to this ninja avatar responded that if zutarians can speculate, so can kataangers, which i agree with wholeheartedly. after all, shipping really boils down to pure speculation. however, you can't use your speculations about a ship to support your argument for that ship. it's one thing to support kataang and believe that katara likes aang. it's another thing entirely to claim that katara does have romantic feelings for aang, and use that to support your argument in favor of kataang and against zutara. we, or at least i, don't claim that zutara will happen, only that it could and, in my opinion, should. we certainly like to speculate about how it could happen, though.

    Ah, reminiscence. When I was 14 and got out of a burning building with my best friend's 13 year old sister, we almost kissed. And afterwards, she blushed. But she didn't like me, it was just because it was a rather awkward situation.

    ive been thinking and ive decided odds are itll either be kataang or someone we havnt met yet b/c in the last episode kataras all understanding to zuko UNTIL he made his choice of sideing with azula and yea katara does blush around aang ALOT and who really blushes around their friends? i think kataang could happen and zutara theres a very slim chance but my theory of zuko being firelord and katara at his side still stands b.c thats a possibility b/c it would symbolize the nations coming together really well
