Definately "Ember Island Players."
Even if we've only seen 7 or 8 minutes of it, lulz is too concentrated to resist.

I agree with the Sergeant.
Even though we have only seen a small part of The Ember Island Players that episode just cracked me up.
And let's not forget The Desert. Sokka on Cactus Juice... Too Funny!!!!!

A few others but these were the ones that stuck out to me.

The Funniest Episode Evers:

The Desert (Sokka getting stoned was funny: FRIENDLY MUSHROOM)

The Headband (OMG Aang cannot play the horn, Sokka's old man imitation, and the skandalous Kasokka scene.)

Nightmares and Daydreams (Aang having wet dreams for Kataran and him being on LSD was so LULZ. This also won my pick as the funniest episode ever!!)

Ember Island Players. (Can it do it..can it really be the funniest episode and beat NaD and TD.. we'll see)

The funniest episode the I've seen so far (not counting Ember Island Players, because it hasn't been shown all the way through yet) would definetly have to be Nightmares and Daydreams. I LOVE random stuff and that final daydream that Aang had was the most random thing I've ever seen on that show.
