The headband for Sokka; The Wat with Zuko and the frog and Ember Island is going to be funny ( fatty Katara and Manly Toph, priceless )

"Bitter Work" was awesome. I love Foofoocuddlypoops.

Also, "Sokka's Master," "The Cave of Two Lovers," "Avatar Day" (Aang dressed as Avatar Kyoshi and Sokka in his rediculous Sherlock Holmes getup).

Also, "The Drill" for one line:

"Ember Island Players" (though obviously I haven't seen all of it, that seven minutes had me laughing very hard. I've watched it at least ten times now)
"The Boiling Rock" part 2 (I haven't seen the first part yet. And I'll tell you why, even though it was supposed to be a somewhat srs business episode, it was so lulzy. The obvious Zukka hinting. Fishing? Can you make anymore Brokeback Mountains references, plz? And of course: Rocket!Azula pwns all when it comes to lulz.)

Hmm, there are lots of funny moments in Avatar... I'd say the funniest single episode is The Ember Island Players. I know I haven't seen it yet but honestly, my friend and I couldn't breathe. I was seriously dying. Gotta love Boiling Rock pt. 1 though, that had some serious lulz.

The Runaway gave me quite a few lol.
