We've come across the air and the fire temples but I don't think they've shown us??any water or the earth. It shows all four types in Southern Air Temple but nowhere else so where is it.??

What about a water temple don't think we've seen any of those either.
I think the earth temple was demolished and the rock it was made of used to make the wall. also the water temple was the shrine of the moon, waterbenders are very modest in general and wouldn't like a large temple but a small place to pray
That shrine??wasn't it you see a picture of both the temples and the Water temple doesn't look like that
