Well lets hope someday we can all have somebody there with us when we take them off. I personally wouldn't mind two.

I chose the Northern Water Tribe because it is easily defensible, and the city is aesthetically appealing.

Definetly the Earth Kingdom. It seems easier to control, and easy to build things. If I was leader of the Air Nomads, I'd be dead.

No one here like's the Air Nomads? I prefer living in high places so I want to rule the Air Nomad Temples. And I'll situate the temples up the highest mountains and make it a very exclusive Nation that only individuals who can fly can enter.

Fire: It's my spiritual element, and I like dragons.

And if I found the dragons to be alive, the first new law would be, "If you kill or harm a dragon, you will be taken to the Firelord and get kicked in the ribs a lot for several hours. And if you get attacked by the dragons for pestering them, it's your own stupid fault."

I'd also go for the Water Tribe (either, but I don't think I'd force a girl to marry me if she didn't like me; my head is not a pin cussion for icesicles)

I can only imagine how hot it is in the FN. It would be humid and horrible. There would be snakes and mosquitos everywhere...no thanks.

i agree. The only way i'd rule there would be if my permanent palace was in Ember Island.
I Picked Northern Water Tribe as well. While i'm not a cold-all-year-round type, I do love water

That day will, hopefully, come for all of us (or at least, it will come for me).

anyway, on topic, I think Fire Nation. I'd set up the islands as a barrier, and volcanoes as fort posts. The Fire Navy Ships would be a big blocake from the Earth Kingdom, West Air Nomadic land, and Northern Water Tribe. While the Southern Raiders are my hit squad.

If i controlled the southern water tribe, i would only rebuild the interior into the Southern Water Tribe capital city. The rest of the land would just be a patchwork of small barrier states, that I would use as outposts during an attack. The Southern Water Tribe would be great under Chief Libraman's rule.

If i controlled the earth kingdom, i'd appoint a Ba Sing Se leader, who'd control the west. Omashu leader, who'd control the east. and the central would be where all of the barriers, outposts, and defense lays. The Eartbenders' Society would arise, where novice Earthbenders are trained to be masters. The the EKA, Earth Kingdom army, would be the land's main defense against attacks. But I am the Avatar, Avatar Libraman. I am a Water Avatar.

well, you can't forget that after the Fire Nation ruined the Southern Water Tribe, the place broke up into small villages that were able to hide under Fire Nation radars until Aang sent a signal. So there are more villages than just the one Katara and Sokka are. They just fear roaming out of place too far, because the Fire Nation is on the prowl across the s seas, trying to destroy all Waterbenders in the South Pole, thanks to the Southern Raiders.
