Weird Things You Notice In Avatar Episodes

    Zuko's scar is a flame of fire. That one was pretty obvious though.

    I think it's wierd that waterbenders never seem to marry earthbenders, earthbenders never marry airbenders, ect. Is there some genetic problems when races mix? Maybe they avoid eachother to keep from losing their bending abilities?

    And this (sorry if I seem like a know it all, I just want to clear some things up) is because yeah, they're different benders.?? I don't know what would happen if people cross breeded (-coughcoughewcoughcough-) but I suppose that a child could get either bendending abilities . . . but not both.?? That's all I know.

    The Blue Spirit: When the firenation lookout(?) blows his horn, it sounds too much like the Survivor theme song.

    Also, how come Momo understands Aang, (Return to Omashu: "Momo, get out of here!")
    but not Katara. (The Blue Spirit: Momo, we need water. WA-TER.)

    This kind of bugged me... in??Return to Omashu, when the fire nation's "governor" that is occupying Omashu is walking with his family and the Earth Bender resistance group tries to slide that "rock cart" down that shoot to attack them Aang stops them. BUT then the governor???s guards immediately attack Aang. Aang has no problem air bending the guards off a REALLY high cliff presumably killing them.??Why would he save the main bad guy but kill some guards just doing their job?

    The Library, The Desert, and Appa's Lost Days: When the sandbenders are kidnapping (Bison-napping) Appa, they never say "Put a muzzle on him." Or anything like that. But Toph goes and tells Aang they did. I've seen that episode 10 times and have never heard him say that. But in Appa's Lost Days, Gashwin, or whatever his name is, says "Muzzle him!" And Toph's voice is different when she says "I'm sorry Appa." ? Go figure.

    You guys probably already know this but in Appa's Lost Days, Appa is part of the circus that Ty Lee was in. And at first glance, the boy who fed Appa before the circus started almost looks like Zuko did years ago.

    well, for all we know, plenty of people we have seen in the show could be "hybrids." in my theory at least, I think that if an Earthbender or a person from the EK and Waterbender or a person from the WT married they'd have a kid that was either an Earthbender, Waterbender, or neither. but the bending ability is determined whether the bending spirit is born into you, so i don't know

    Has anyone noticed this, in the episode where Katara stole the waterbending scroll

    Aang was learning waterbending faster than her but in the seige of the north part one katara mastered waterbending before him!??how's that possible

    how come everyone in the water tribe and area dresses warm but Aang , in some episodes you see him covered in ice but never affected by the cold.

    Aang would rather goof off, while since Katara was wanted to master waterbending her entire life, she was much more determined to take advantage of their three weeks at the north pole.

    I guess when you have lived your entire life at the peak of some of the highest mountains in Avatarland, you get used to the cold.

    This also proves that no airbenders were afraid of hights.

    In the last episode Appa had on a whole bunch of make up...but when he squeezed through the opening in the tent you see him flying away make up free...

    Is it just me, or does Zuko's scar change? In one scence it covers the front side of the ear, but in another it covers the entire ear. This could just be me, but it's freaking me out in anycase.
