thoughts on bloodbending

What are your thoughts on bloodbending

    Katara could bend a little blood at anytime but, I think it would take moon power to bend a lot of blood.

    Perverted or not, Katara coukd end this stupid show by just walkin in 2 da fire nation, bending everyones blood on the way to the palace, walk in to the palace and rip ozai ass off!!!! simple, no avatar needed

    Bloodbending is a powerful benidng technique but we still have only seen it in one episode and no reference has been made to it since, so i'm not really sure if we'll see it again.

    I definitely think that she should use blood bending. This isn't about fighting fair, this is about restoring balance. If she's handed such an incredible technique, why not use it?

    I'm sure we will. They don't just stick something in and not use it again. I don't think they would just use it once and leave it at that, just to take up an episode. I mean, it could have other significance, like the fact that Katara is much more powerful than she thinks and they could've chosen the path that maybe she's scared of herself. But they didn't. It hasn't seemed to change her that much, so I'm sure we'll see it. Hopefully. It was SICK!

    i agree...because i think we're gonna see katara bloodbending either in the southern raiders or the finale at some point

    I think bloodbending outside of the full moon for anyone other than the avatar would be ridiculous and interfere with the balance of the show.

    Bloodbending is way to powerful for an anytime of the day power. Waterbenders would be virtually unstoppable to anyone who they had eye contact with.

    Katara seems to come across as a morally correct person in the show, so I just don't see her using blood bending unless she has no other choice like in the episode.

    Yeah, she has STANDARDS, at least... Even in the episode, she hated herself for using bloodbending.

    But I'm pretty sure such a dire emergency will arise again.
