    D-Day means what when concerning Avatar? (Sorry if it's noob question).
    I believe it's July 14th. The start of the epic week we've been waiting for for months. ;] It's not a noob question btw.

    But why D-Day? Why the letter "D"? and what does that D stand for? XDD Sorry if I'm asking too many questions. In WWII when they did that, I kept on asking about that too in history class. ^^;;

    Doom Day. It really wasn't symbolizing carnage, rather the largest scale invasion in history. I did a report on it for English, yes English.

    Ah thank you...that's a different def. than what Google gave me, just saying "day." English huh? well I guess English (any language) and Hist. go together like Math and Science go together. ^_^

    No, they really don't. But our English teacher taught us more about slavery and wars than she did about grammar.
    You know, when she wasn't blowing up at us for each tiny thing. She could yell at you so angrily, you'd sh*t bricks.

    Hmm sounds like my friend's former English teacher, maybe you know her. XDD But History and English do go together. I mean if you take Shakespeare into account--that's history and English in one. Although it must've sucked to have two hist. teachers. XDDD but grammer improves as you write more, anyway.

    I might. Her name was Mrs. Vickery. It even sounds evil.

    My first year Arabic teacher was kind of like that. He was a nice guy most of the time, but the couple of times he blew up, I literally almost pissed my pants.

    Too late WR. This thread will probably get locked for "going off topic."

    Hopefully. But if the movie thread is any indication, it won't matter.

    Oh yeah, that's the one I saw but couldn't remember. Probably because it was on Nicktoons.

    "D-Day" because it will be the start of the quite possibly the most massive, large scale week of Avatar. :p Like the WWII D-Day invasion. Hmm... Perhaps we could call it "A-Day" instead? That sounds too much like the Avatar Day from Chin Village though. :/ *whams head on desk*

    I gots mah Tivo.

    Already, it shows the recording status up to Sozin's Comet (I'm glad they put it under the Avatar: The Last Airbender title, unlike the DOBS, where it was under Avatar: Day of Black Sun, and wouldn't record unless under that specific alias).
