    He's not insulting you. And, honestly, he's right. Your thread is fun to post about, but it's a lot less serious than some of the other discussions we had a couple months ago. A thread like that wouldn't have even been posted on. These boards have fallen because of the absence of things to talk about.

    I never said they haven't fallen, unfortunately, this Forum's popularity has dropped, but my post wasn't desperate or boring, I was asking my fellow Avatards a question about Firebending... And if certain people don't like threads, they should either avoid them or nor answer them... Not EVERY single thing in this forum has to be serious... If that was the case, there would be NO fun at all...

    It wasn't desperate or boring, but the post really didn't have much to do with Avatar. Sure, it was related, but it wasn't really a discussion. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with your thread, but I AM saying that it doesn't live up to the quality of the threads we used to have. Also, the majority of the threads in this forum now aren't serious by any measure, but it's not like we're going to yell at your for making another one. It's fun to talk about and it gets us all a good laugh, but it's not Avatar based, just Avatar related.

    I understand you a slight amount more now, but to be perfectly, I doubt that all the threads a few motnhs ago were dead on serious, I've been here a fairly long time, and not all of the threads were always great... I am sure my thread would have been accepted back then, some threads back then, weren't too great of quality back then either... Do you know what I mean? Not trying to sound rude or anything

    No, I know what you mean, but I was kind of stretching the truth a bit there. The fact of the matter is is that the boards have gone down tremendously in quality. Even though those boards existed months ago, there were MUCH fewer of them and MANY more serious threads. The threads could sometimes get more serious than you'd think. There were a lot of interesting and insightful conversations that went on in those threads. Those are few and far between now.
