the show was great at first but...

Ok i liked this show a lot not so long ago but it was gone to long when it came back i was all..."...uhh...what happen last time why dose ang have hair?why are they in the middle of fire nation?"so i was all confesed in when i tryed to under stand it i got all confesed - _ - i like this show but it's like it was gone for two years...Or was it...?anyway if it wasnt gone for so long i would of liked it but i do like the old episodes because i know them anyway(agian) it's cool but not great

The saddest part about the hiatus, casual viewers are completely turned off the show. If it wasn't for more dedicated fans like us the show would've probably died by now.

Nick... But apparently, they're holding them back because the finale isn't done (which probably means it's getting edited for content from head to toe).

That is really sad. When the show finally comes back, most people are probably going to be saying something like, "Didn't that show end like a year ago? Why is it still on?" Or they're going to be totally confused like this person and won't be able to figure out what's going on.

Of course, the general idea of what's going on shouldn't be too hard to figure out -- Aang has to defeat the firelord. It should be pretty simple, but I guess there are enough side stories going on that it could be pretty confusing.

I still don't understand why Nick can't just start showing the new episodes now! They show reruns of stupid shows that nobody likes all the time; they have plenty of room for an excellent show like Avatar. They should at least show the episodes that came out on the DVD!

So what they need to do is start showing reruns now to catch people up on what's going on.

biggest issues are that book 1 and 2 are in nicktoons(part of a package in cable, not the "standard cable channels" ) and except for 306, in Nick channel itself they HAVE NOT REPEATED ANY book 3 episode at all(to see repeats you have to go to KIDS ON DEMAND, and only for a few weeks

YTV is right now ready to show 306 for the 3rd time this coming Friday

I guess they're trying to help their DVD sales. It's really frustrating, because I have Season 2 on DVD and I've seen Season 1 episodes millions of times, but those are the only reruns they show. By the time the new episodes come out I'm going to have forgotten what happened in the first half of Season 3!

Just watched that video. It basically said everything the Avatar fandom has collectively agreed on, but a little less maturely. (Well, except for the second part, that's just shipping)

I seriously reccommend to that guy to get a script.

    But overall it was good.

yeah, he needs a script, and less language. Though I don't blame him for the Nick portion.

I love the Australian accent though. He kinda reminds me of my friend who moved to Australia a few years ago.

DOBS Was repeated a few times after it aired, but it hasnt aired again since January.
Nick On Demand on DirecTV OnDemand has a whole "Avatar Nation" Section with the season 3 episodes too. but really they should re air all of the Ba Sing Se episodes of S2 and all of what they aired of Season with the new commercial to get attention. Hell, even advertise that Avatar is on Turbo Nick.

Well you see this is a thread. In threads, you discuss the topic which has been posted. After discussion, we take into count of how many gramatical errors there are in the thread/postings. For yours, you have no question mark.

That being taken out of the way, any show can survive if there are enough loyal fans. CBS saved Jericho when fans had enough money to order over several million peanuts to be delivered to the studio if the show wasn't renewed.

Of course if Nick could start airing the show again rather than lose viewers, this whole discussion wouldn't be taking place.

*gasp* It's Nick's evil plot. To turn people off to the show by making them suffer through cruel and unusual life-sucking torture.

It's saddening that a one who used to enjoy the show was basically driven away because of Nickelodeon's horrid scheduling. I don't have anything else to that hasn't already. Let's just pray that worst has past.

    Guess who's back?!

On topic, yeah its a shame so many fans have lost interest, forgotten, or just given up hope on seeing Avatar. If Nick wants to revive this show, they need to advertise heavily until it airs, release loads of more merchandise, and most of all --start airing reruns. It wouldn't hurt if THQ put some effort into the third videogame either.

Cruel and unusual punishment is banned by the 8th Amendment.

If this isn't cruel and unusual punishment, i don't know what is. Why punish such a beautiful series? Answer me that Nick!!

At least we know how amazing of a show this is, it's everyone else that is missing out.
