    I just think aang wus confused and angry at what the play was saying....u gotta give him tha credit that he wus pretty sad and upset...he did say if he didnt block his chakra he would be in the avatar state....I think since aang wus confused that he knew what he wus doing YET HE DIDNT, sooo i dont completely blame him

    also this doesnt prove that zutara isnt going to happen.....it does give you guys tha upper hand FOR RIGHT NOW.....katara and aang are confused because of the plays influence and comflicting with their own emotions....so basically this scene in avatar doesnt help zuatara and doesnt hurt kataangers...even though i am a fellow kataanger..

    Zutara isn't dead, it was never existent in the 1st place. The scene in the Ember Island Players was the only actual nod to Zutara.

    That's very true. Zutara was created in the minds of Avatards. There has never been anything to prove that point, except EIP. But, you've got to realize, that whole episode was all about what the fans think. It was a recognition from the writers that they actually do listen to us sometimes. There is no way that Zutara will prevail. Kataang has been built up the whole entire show! Zutara was mentioned once in this episode as a joke. Sorry, Zutarians, it just won't ever work.

    What makes me laugh is how many canon!Zutarians automatically assume that anything that makes Kataang look bad is evidence for Zutara. What kind of logic is that?! Zuko has nothing to do with the confusion between Katara and Aang right now, but so many Zutarians are thinking "Ooh, because Kataang's not happening, that means Zutara!"

    I don't blame both of them for being confused. They're still young and new at the whole love relationship thing. And given the fact that they're in the middle of a war doesn't help either I guess.

    I dont see why people are still making such a big deal over shipping. Ive accepted that Zutara isnt going to happen. Mike and Brian basically said it themselves. But its just a show and even if Zutara isnt canon we're still fanon. We've got fanfiction and fan art to pull it through. Im just hoping they dont end the show making it seem like Katara and Aang will be together forever, cause that would probably kill the fun of imagining what happens in the future for them.
