Youre probly wondering what im talking about, they would be advanced forms of bending, like lightning.\

Water:freeze liquid and water in a person's body, and kill them,( you can bend water in bodies soo it would work)

Earth:Make a person out of earth( or animal) and control from distance, because no pain or, invinciblity to fire(not with water it would avaporate when hit by fire)

Air:pull air out of the lungs or make air dome around your enemy(with no air in it) and suffacate + ripping air particles making lightning strength power

    Fire: NONE!

Please reply if you have add_ons or comments

these are some good ideas. But how would these be learned? I like the Air one and the Water one the best.
The Eartth one kinda copies when Toph put the Earth suit around herself. And when Aang made the Earth glove in "The Drill". But overall, good job.

question, since you dont really summon lightning, you just allow it to pass thourgh you, couldnt any one do it? right?

EARTH: earth bend a hole, and close behind you, but have a small hole for air, slowly dig though ground, even under water(cause theres land there), then spring out of ground taking by surprise, or bring them into the hole, close in and let them sufficate, die of thirst, ect(this would work even if you didnt do the tunnel part)

well you would just try to make animals, un til you get it right,(kinda like phantom dust for xbox)

the water would be easy for those who could heal, you just freeze.

air 1s would be hard, but splitting air atoms, would take power, and the suffacating would be like healing. Lastly the part were you make a dome around there head, ide say you breath out grab carbon dioxide then surrond them in it.

Jeez, people, metalbenders are NOT real! It even says so on the Nick.com Avatar site page. Earthbenders can't bend man-altered metal because once it is smelted the natural impurities are taken out. Here, I quote myself from another thread:

Earthbenders bend the silicates and phosphates et al in rock. Maybe they can bend oxides, too, but that would mean Aang could rust iron before he could bend it.

???????? Here's one for Water. We have seen in the series many times where water benders can change water instantly into ice and then back into water. This means water benders are able to adjust the temperature of the water they are bending. So, why not bend water into steam, or at least bring up to near boiling point? Just think bad an opponent could be hurt with such attack. Now, I realize this is a kids show and we would never see anything like that on TV, but I believe the water benders could do it.

I don't think so. Waterbenders don't change the temperature, they change the spacing of the water molecules. Firebenders, on the other hand...

If they made this into an adult show it would be so awesome to see all these ideas come to fruition. Like in FMA where they would transmute minerals in peoples' bodies to make human bombs or exploding the brains from the indside. I wish they hadnt targetted this show for kids.

Those are more of branches than "superpowers." What the person has up there is pure, unadulterated normal bending, but used powerfully. Those are powerful in their own.

    Speaking of which,

We have our healing, our metal, and our lightning. What's next? MIRROR, which is more or less illusion. I believe that Airbenders can bend light and use tricks to create various illusions, such as invisibility, holograms, and holographic clones. This would agree with an airbender's philosophy of avoiding and evading. An airbender can only learn illusion-bending when he or she is presented with a life-threatening problem that can by avoided no other way, and after that he or she may use the ability and refine the skill. Just a theory.
