    I have to admit that sometimes I feel that Sokka has been inconsistently goofier than usual in some episodes lately.
    (ie Avatar day, Bitter Work)

    Not that it makes me not like him, He just came off as ...differently goofy in such eps.

    We need a Sokka episode, soon. I'm tired of him playing JUST the comic relief. C'mon, give him the light! My favorite role he's played in this season so far is in TCoTL. Clumsy and funny BUT capable and resourceful at once.

    Sokka-haters? I've heard of Azula-haters (obviously) and Katara-haters, but a Sokka-hater? This is the first time I've ever heard of anyone hating Sokka. He's the funny guy, after all, and by the end of the show we'll probably see him live up to his potential. Speaking of never hearing of any Sokka-haters, have any of you ever heard of someone who hates Iroh? I believe it would be a sign of the apocalypse if anyone hated Iroh.

    well my favorite character in the show is zuko and to tell you the truth without sokka there wouldnt be avatar ! i like him hes funny and proves that you can be a warrior without being a bender ! he puts a smile on my??face every show ! but if you dont like him fine sokka will just rock those who do ! lol and wats all this i hate iroh talk ?! iroh is awsome !

    well, he kind of had the spotlight from "the waterbending master" to "seige of the north part 2" because of the whole being-in-love-with-the-engaged-daughter-of-the-chief thing. and then in "the swamp" and "bato of the water tribe", those weren't really spotlights, but they did show another side of sokka, at least, and not just the goofy guy.

    C1991, this topic is the second biggest waste of server space in this forum ("omg katara is so hott" topic takes the cake there), because no1 hates Sokka, except for your friend, who is smoking somthing a little to strong for him if he thinks Sokka should be killed off.
