Seeing as how we've already scheduled a wedding... yep! (Please stand by to see a different side of me) HA! IN YOUR FACES PEOPLE! You all chose to hug and make out and whatnot for so long, while I made quick progress thanks to my manners and knowledge of the female mind! How many of you have gotten as far as ready to be married? Hmm? HA! IN YOR FACES! WOOT, WOOT, WOOT, WOOT, WOOT! AND ANOTHER THING-- (Technical difficulties) I am sorry, I could not resist. I have one of those every few years or so.

Eh, I wouldn't want to get married anyway. You know, play the field and all...
And Taang, you've gotten me obsessed over Narnia again. I've been reading the books in order, and I'm on Prince Caspian right now. Reepicheep OWNS.

Back on topic... hopeless Aang made me cry. I'm just tearing up thinking about it. I'm sure I'll be crying buckets while actually watching SotFN. Yes, I'm emotional.

I haven't read the narnia books in the longest time. But my favorite was "the Magician's Nephew" On topic: Aang was really unaang-like.

My current favorite has to be the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. 'Tis awesome.

Ontopic: True, but still. I'd probably be depressed too if my only friend that lived with me 100 years ago was kidnapped. Appa is the only thing left from his past life. Hopeless Aang is just shattered, so that's probably why he's trying to remain emotionless. That, and he doesn't want to trigger the Avatar state again. Poor guy is really beating himself up for that.

Yeah I get all dejected like Aang is now from time to time. He'll get over it. When I'm around people, I can't act moody for more than five minutes...I hate it cuz I'm like supposed to be angry and then my friend says something that makes me laugh

I'm the same way. When I'm around my friends, I just get hyper and energetic, automatically. I only get dejected rarely, and at my house. Like when I found out there were no movie theatres in Texas that was playing SotFN. But I guess some monthly problems helped that dejectedness along, now that I think about it.

That is true. Bumi could've been killed, but I guess Aang wasn't as angry because he knew Bumi was in Omashu somewhere. Of course, we do know Appa is in Ba Sing Se somewhere, but as of right now,??Aang doesn't have a clue where he is.

Yeah and Ba Sing Se is HUGE. Have you guys seen it on a map? It takes up like 1/8 of the world! It'd be hard to find Appa, even if he is a 10 ton flying bison.

Thank you thats what I mean!
Don't you even realize that's the attitude that Gyatso didn't want in The Storm? You really think that Gyatso is wrong?

oh I understand Aang is still a kid n all that, but there's a deadline here...something had to set him off to take charge...it'll only get tougher and tougher...Aang will have to do the same or Azula will eat him alive before he even gets to the Fire Lord...

What "set him off" was Appa getting lost... and I know that there's a deadline, but you can't forget that Aang is training constantly. It's just that the show doesn't always show it because then it would be amazingly boring.

I'm not talking about his bending...i'm talking about Aangs mind set...he can be as physically fit (bending wise) but if he doesn't have his mind right, he'll never do what needs to be done...mental toughness not just physical

i do! his face is my computer background. which is why i'm so shocked at sokka's insensitivity. although, i guess sokka and insensitivity have never really been complete strangers, but my point is, a simple "thanks for saving my ass out there, toph" wouldn't have killed him in between telling suki to watch her step.

although, i guess that would have added to the already-too-close-to-home tokka-ish-ness of this movie.

    but still.

If you watch the movie, you'll understand why Sokka got all overprotective of Suki when he should have been thanking Toph.
