The Avatar season 2 premiere brought in a record crowd. According to Wednesday's USA Today, as well as the USA Today website, the original Friday 8 pm airing drew over 3.7 million viewers and was the 6th-most-watched primetime program on all of Cable television last week, and 13th-most-watched program (overall, not just counting primetime) on Cable television for the entire week!

Saying as 7 of the 12 shows ahead of Avatar were The Fairly Oddparents and Spongebob reruns on Sat. & Sun. morning, I can say its a pretty safe bet Avatar has once again solidified it as Nick's 3rd-highest-rated show, and with the cancellation of the FOP already been announced, it will soon be the 2nd best! All we have to do is take down Spongebob!!

That is great news to hear. Although I don't see Spongebob falling anytime soon but second is a good place to be.

I read somewhere Spongebob will end in 2008 but I forgot where. The Fairly Oddparents is ending soon as we all know. But it's nice to hear my second favorite show (yes, Avatar) and Nick's future #2 show being more and more successful. I'm just glad it's more successful than *cough*Catscratch*cough*!

thats awsome! go avatar! ^_^ ... but i really don't see how spoungebob could be more popular. it's so stupid. and the plot is so boring. i hate spoungebob -_-

WOO-HOO! Seriously, I told some of my students (they're 10 yrs old) that Avatar was my favorite show on TV. Of course, that might actually make some of them STOP watching Nick, ha!

We WILL make it #1!!

By the way (a little bragging) the Zuko video I posted on Putfile at the beginning of the year just went over 13,000 viewings! About 2,000 of those hits have come since Friday, I think. Seriously.

Yep. I remember they started those eps like 10 minutes ahead of time, so most people missed the first few minutes of ep 14. Some still can'r get used to it.

I just hope they keep it structured like it is now, if they must have Slimetime at all. And that is start Avatar at exactly 8pm ET.
