    Katara!

    awesome looks, character development, and general attitude

    Zuko is a close second!

    same reasons (obviosly with new hair style)

    Sokka is third!

    Everything he does... is hilarious, it's so fun to laugh both at and with him.

    I am going to have to go with Uncle Iroh. The guy is all right by me.

    He is a father and a guide for his nephew and can take on an army single handedly.

    He is one of the high ranking officers in the OWL and is a kick@ss firebender.

    Zuko because he's so conflicted and I love how his character grows throughout the series. Also, there's something about his character that you can't help but like.

    Iroh because he kicks butt and he also has a very kind heart. I'm also very fond of his sense of humor

    Aang because as well as Zuko, he grow a lot in the series. Besides, he is the main character. Who doesn't like him?

    Katara (I know some people will not agree with me) because I like her role in the series. She is the mother of the group and looks after everyone, and she doesn't give up, as shown in The Desert and many others. I also love that she can kick ass too.

    Toph because of her amazing abilities and sassy attitude.

    My favorite characters (at least characters I am similar) are Aang and Toph - I'm a vegetarian and generally pacifist, but when someone deserves to die and I have the power to end his/her life, I wouldn't stop myself!

    This only tells me this place is in a desperate place of dismay. I remember when the forums were deep, and now we need a pinned thread just to say your favorite character? Its so trivial, why do we need this?

Ok well I like Yue because I dunno, ther's something about her that's so angelic, I usually hate girls who don't fight butI guess i like Yue cause even though she doesn't fight, she was able to get through Sokka's rough exterior and got to his way softer side plus she totally saved the Northern Water tribe! (Too bad she had to give up her life for it :cry

    First off, big shot, this specific thread was pinned because so many threads were made like it that it got to the point of a ridiculous amount of spam. The topic we're on now was made and pinned also because of the large phenomenon that went on when people made clubs dedicated to their favourite characters/groups which apparently flooded the boards. This thread was made while those were locked.

    How is this trivial? It's a main discussion point of the show. I don't get it. Something important like this /should/ be pinned, and therefore it is. It's an umbrella topic that covers a lot of ground, that's why we need it.

    And yes, I do enjoy throwing b!tch fits. However, you've never seen one thrown by me, simply arguments that crush your "logic". You can't escape from me forever

    My favourite has to be Zuko, the most intense and complicated (in a good way) character on the show, not usually seen in Cartoons. I am also willing to bet that he, along with Azula, was probably the toughest character to create in the show as the rest of the characters, whilst being awesome, are not as complex as those two.

    My overall ranking would be as follows:

    1) Zuko

    2) Azula

    3) Katara

    4) Aang

    5) Sokka
