Earlier you said that he was the general that surrendered 2 Iroh. The spoilers said that he was promoted recently so I think it was a different guy. And even a low level guard can can be a qualified a a??"protector of Ba Sing Se" (don't believe in hyphenating), not that he automatically is one, I'm just saying.??The spoilers also gave quite specific details describing him to be "hilariously unqualified to defend Ba Sing Se" and that he is "an eloquent speaker but a poor c.o." who would rather leave "real work to those who??know what they're doing."??All that combined with the teaser which depicts him screaming, "We're doomed! Doomed!"??arms out and all??leads me 2 believe that they don't plan on taking this character very seriously. Of course I could be wrong.

I think we all know by now what he was screaming about but what i'm pointing out is the fact that a guy in his position is screaming like that. Comedic effect, plain and simple.

Well we don't know that much about him yet but either way that's cool. In fact??its the same way I feel about Sokka.?? I've seen a lot of shows that have characters who act solely for comedic relief. .....They're like soulless husks., and I've grown??2 dislike characters like that.??But??Sokka, man that's a whole different story.
