Um, how bout Bumi? Seriously, if we're gonna do this again I'd hold off until we've seen the guy actually earthbending. He's not even the leader of an elite earthbending team, that's another guy (yes I know his name but we'll get 2 him later ) he's just the??C.O. of Ba Sing Se's army which consists of non-master earthbenders as well as regular soldiers.??And like I said b4, he didn't really qualify 4 the position in the 1st place.
