False! I love the series because of the continuing story lines, and what better way to advance the story lines than to show a new episode, irrespective of time or medium. So don't feel sorry for us; now we have new things to speculate about.

Ah I'm a still a fool but I always watch it on tv to show my support I don't obtain spoilers when people post them I read it sill of me.

I don't regret watching on minute of this show as far. As I'm concerned we should have already seen the episode. We were told the episode would air on a specific date, and BOOM turns up they changed it with not so much as a sorry. If someone messed up and let the cat outta the bag too early, their bad. Hope they don't get fired for it. And I intend to watch it again on Friday, but with actual commercial breaks.

The only thing I regret is getting carried away with the spoilers without even giving proper warning or anything like that.

Actually you should probably watch it on TV, when it airs for real. Funny how some people claim to love Avatar, but if they really did, they wouldn't read spoilers obtained from a Nick.com leakage that the creators don't want you to see until you watch the episode or watch episodes before they air because of an error on Turbonick which exposed the episode earlier than it was supposed to.

Well I do feel sorry for all those who have watched through Turbonick. It would be much better to catch this great episode on Nickelodeon on TV the first time.

Hey its not our fault. Nick deprive us of avatar when they should have given it us on a specific date to begin with and then filled us with lies that it will air on a saturday for about a week and then god bless his/her heart. Someone messed up or deliberately leaked it for all of us to enjoy. I must say I don't care that I got to watch it over a week
before it aired and no enjoy it "the way that its meant to be enjoyed" by not seeing the episode that airs on 11/3 first. All I can really say is hey they leaked it. I got to see it and if you don't want to see it until 11/3 thats fine but for me I'd rather see it and talk to people who have seen it to speculate about the earth king and the season finale.
So leave us the hell alone. We have the freedom to choose to see it and you have the freedom not to.

It was NICK's mistake, not ours. They should have sold it at iTunes as they did with RtO, instead of leaving it there... anyway, I do not leave in the USA, so I do not feel guilty for watching it on YouTube (where I watched all the other Book 2 chapters, since Nick LA and me do not share schedules )

(BTW, dear editor, the link in your sig is not working...)

My own personal philosophy is that you can veiw free materials by downloading so long as you buy the box set the moment it comes out. I downloaded the entire first season online and watched through 7 episodes that way. I can't watch it on syndication often, but I never miss an episode and tell all my friends to give it a chance. I'm a fan of the purest and most conscious sort. I'll agree with Pooldiddy that watching a show on its first airing gives it a special feeling - akin to veiwing Star Wars on an opening night, something you can't get by watching the episode alone on your computer. Now I can't say anything about the episode for a week while I wait for my less netsavvy friends to catch up with the boobtube. In retrospect, watching it on TV with my choice beverage and a pound and a half of meat would have been better.

I think what everyone is failing to realize is that, yes, it was cool that some of us got to watch the episode before it aired. I too watched the episode, along with my entire family, huddled around the 19" computer screen. We will watch it again this Friday on our 60" HD television and enjoy it some more. BUT many here started posting things about the episode and giving things away that should have been clearly marked spoilers because NOT EVERYBODY CAN VIEW TURBONICK. There are people that are still on dial-up in this world because they have no other choice, whether financially or it is the only thing available to them where they live. There are other countries and different servers even in this country that do not allow you to streamline video, or maybe their computer is simply too old! Was it fair to them to see all this discussion and not be able to enjoy what those of us that did watch it were able to enjoy?!? Would you have wanted the shoe to be on the other foot? And furthermore, show your support by watching it again this Friday because afterall, a shows worth is only as valuable as its Nielson ratings. If Nick shows a smaller viewing this Friday during the "premier" of a new Avatar episode what message will that be sending to the advertisers who will careless whether it was "leaked" on the internet before it should have been. Sorry this is so long but I think alot of it had to be said.

It was their dumb fault, I admit. It is truly unforunate. Hey, maybe they even purposefully leaked it. Who knows? All I'm saying is it really p***es me off either way. When they had eps on iTunes before they aired on TV, that did p*** me off, but not as much as this. Whether intentional or not, this episode is freely on the Internet on Nick's sanctioned site for anyone (in the US, and who doesn't subscribe to AOL) to watch. I am sorry I overreacted...I should be directing my anger towards Nickelodeon. I would like to find out though if they did this on purpose or not. Maybe it's a marketing ploy by them to draw more interest in the show?

At any rate, Nick has really disappointed me. I don't blame some of you for watching the episode ahead of time...certainly I will wait until it airs on TV, and I will certainly write Nick about this to notify them that I am tired of their mistakes with this show, including the website mishaps (and I really can't believe it happened twice) as well as this.

Again I apologize. I just don't want this show to lose viewers because people are watching it on the internet and not TV. Just keep watching it on TV!

I understand your reaction, pooldude. It doesn't matter if we watch it or not, it's just this isn't good for the show we love.

i think the people on this forum are so in love with the show they can't contain themselves - or at least i can't. I may have watched it on turbonick but this doesn't mean that I won't watch it on TV when it airs- i even watch the re-runs when they're on tv. This show is very popular and I doubt it's going to get cancelled or something if a few people watch an episode on the internet rather than when it airs.

We should write to Cartoon Network and get them to buy the series off of Nick.

Just as long as??everyone who??watched the show early promises to watch it again on Friday it won't take a ratings hit...and the show we all love won't suffer cuz of some foolish glitch on some goof on Nick.com's part...now can we get the whole "I saw the show early, but I'll still watch it again on Friday" thing going or will I be alone here?

Well, those of us who saw it are probably telling everyone how pivotal of an episode it is and bringing everyone we can to the couch. Or at least, I would hope you bas****s are.

as i said I'm definitely watching it again - i just couldn't resist; besides, I'm sure only a small percentage of avatar viewers actually watched it on turbonick - it's not exactly easy to find

Look the only people that are going to watch the show early are hardcore fans anyways who are going to watch it when it airs also. I don't think the early release has any effect on the show's viewer turnout.
