Frankly, I don't think that the department/contractors/joe-schmoes who put the stuff on the Nick web site goofed at all. I think it's the idiot programming execs who goofed! I now believe that Pooldude was right all along, that Lake Laogai was indeed supposed to air on October 18 (after all, it was listed on DirecTV and other places), and the execs changed it at the last minute. The folks who put up the Turbonick content on Nick's site are paid to do just that-- I doubt they even watch Avatar. If they were told in advance to put Lake Laogai on Turbonick on October-whatever, that's what they did. It's not their fault if some Nick programming exec had a three-martini lunch and then decided to change things around for fun.
I've seen Nick's programming department do this many times before, and it drives me nuts. They change stuff so suddenly that I turn my TV on expecting a certain program-- and my DirecTV says it IS the program I'm looking for-- and there's something else entirely on the screen! How do they expect any show of theirs to get decent ratings when they switch things up like that??
