    I'm not quite sure, but from the most basic Zutara arguments its the whole "opposites attract" thing.

    Where as Katanng is the "building upon a solid friendship that turns into sweet love" thing.

    I think when Zuko got back with Mai that was like basically at the same time that Katara got back with Aang, i dont think she was waiting to see. just because they didn't show the scenes in a simaltanous split-screen didn't mean she was waiting lol. that's just the order they chose to put the story in. they wanted to kataang kiss to be last, because it was more dramatic.

    yea i know but she waited until they got back and she didn't have a chance with zuko anymore because mai would get out, she said she was confused at the play and i'm guessing zuko was the reason

    Why must the entire realm of character relationships be shoehorned into a single (dead) thread. There was a good thread about this that just got locked, and I have to ask, why? I can see how it's annoying to have hundreds of character relationship topics cluttering up the forum, but this was a single topic that people were actually posting on. There are plenty of crap topics out there, so why'd you lock that one? I'm looking at you mods.

    Sorry to tell you, but Mods don't usually lurk on the Relationship discussion. And, the reason it was probably locked was because it could have been discussed here. Theres a reason this one is pinned and called 'Offical'.

Now that the series is over, well, it's a bit harder to discuss... But that doesn't mean that we can't discuss! And all of the relationships are here because we don't want n00bs creating 405983049583 threads on the same topic.

    Its just that its not much of an argument anymore since the show ended. And what do you discuss anyway? How Katara and Aang live off the rest of their lives or Mai's and Zuko's future children?

    Okay, since this is an Official Relationship thread, here're my cents:

    I've got no beef with the cannon pairings.

    I'm working on some fics and fan art, but I have no Zutara stuff planned. But I have seen some cool work based on that ship.

    I'm addicted to crack ships.

    If I had an OTP, it would be comical Toko: Toph+Zuko+Humor-Seriousness.

    I'll ship Aang and Mai for comedic ideas, and to do a ship many other shippers can't bring themselves to do.

    Ahh, fandom: where a shipper is only limited by what he/she can imagine...and the occasional site Mature Content Policies.
