    i like "the jasmine dragon" and "le spirit de bleu", but "mushi and nephew tea" is really funny, as is "azula sucks and we rock 'cuz she can't make tea and we can! tea shop". ooh! how about "tea that controls most of the world" as the slogan!

    well he's moving up to the upper ring of the city so it should have a bit more of a classy feel to it.
    something simple that not only will let people know who the man behind it is.

    Mushi's...thats it, think how many great chef's simply name their restaurants after themselves

    I somehow doubt he will name it as a fire natione tea shop. He'll probably end up going for something simple and silly like 'Uncle's Tea'. Who knows? But I can't wait to find out. Why dont they bring out a new episode each week? Are you yanks having lots of holidays at the moment or something?
