    Wow, those who use "Fire Nation" are just being stupid. This is Ba Sing Se, the capital of the Earth Kingdom, and the Earth Kingdom are enemies of the Fire Nation. If Iroh and Zuko doesn't get arrested by the Dai Li, their shop would be demolished, or they both would be forced out of the city, vulnerable to Azula.
