    Would would win in the 4 element showdown...

    Take place in area with plenty of earth, large body of water, and enough space to airbend and firebend.

    This is really farfetched, but does anyone think that maybe Iroh will turn out to be Kozon? (Aang's firenation friend one hundred years ago)

    Well aang said Gyasto was the most powerful airbender in the world but we haven't yet seen his power. So i'm gonna go with The Dragon of the West

    I think it would be between Gyatso and Iroh.

    Gyatso was the most powerful airbender in the entire world, but we never saw him fight, all we know is that he killed several soldiers single-handily before dying.

    true, but Iroh can make and re-direct lightning. He also can breath out fire if he's ever cornered

    Actually I am going to say no because at the time that Aang was really 12 Sozen was the fire lord.?? Therefore Azulon might have been a young man/boy.?? That would mean that Iroh and Ozai were not born yet.

    I will say Bumi.?? We don't know all of his tricks.?? Iroh has been exposed a lot to us so we know most of his tricks.?? Not to mention that Bumi is as old if not older than Aang.?? Therefore he has a greater amount of wisdom and experience.

    I like Iroh, but he seems a bit too slow whereas Pakku could move via waterbending. I still like Iroh though. If it was Iroh and Pakku vs. Bumi and Gyasto I'd choose I & P.

    It's hard to pick who would win out of Iroh and King Bumi. We have not yet been able to see what they can really do. Bumi has Gin techniques and iroh has Spirit World techniques (trust me, they tell us more about this in season 3) Bumi's mad genious thinking and Iroh understanding of the balance between all elements makes it even??harder for me to decide who would win.

    That's impossible. There's NO WAY Aang could have meet up with Fire Nation royalty. Especially since??FN are his greatest enemies.

    no, we dont' know much of Iroh's skills. We haven't even see him lightningbend on screen yet. Iroh still has a lot more where that came from.

    They weren't at the time. The Fire Nation didn't attack before Aang trapped him and Appa in the water.

    We saw a little in the Crossroads of Destiny, besides, he's a bit too old if you ask me. I don't think he would win, other benders have ways of moving besides running, yes, he does have the jet-pack style like Azula did, but who knows if he could do that.
