First of all both I and Tomtitan are European not American, second nick is the creater of Avatar they are the ones releasing it first they are only worried about their profit not CN Europe's, they lose very little from pirating and even less when they don't air it first.

Again it is Nick who airs it first they don't give a damn about CN Europe's profits.

Hmmm, I remember seeing a thread tangent like this once (legal/illegal). Or was it two times...maybe five? Eighty-seven? Honestly. People who can buy Avatar DVDs do. People who can't, watch them online. As joeking14 said, three years in and Nick still hasn't bankrupted, and Myke and Brian aren't wandering the streets like half-starved orphans. If, at one point, some global agency for the protection of creative rights says that shows like the "Avatar" are being pounded by illegal downloads and watchings, then threads like this will be valid, I think.
