The UK people who are putting up the episodes online are breaking international copyright laws. If Viacom wanted they could have a cop at every person's doorstep who uploaded an episode of Avatar that aired in the UK so far. Same goes with ANY episode from ANY season of ANY show in ANY country. Yes Nick has failed in advertising much for Avatar. But Nick may promote the second half of the season more, to capitalize on the show one more time. They decided months ago season 3 would be Avatar's last, and that's when they decided to tone down the advertising. |
I'd laugh if that happened. You realize the DA would decline to prosecute every single one of those people? It's a civil matter that only concerns the website that hosted the streams.
