Iroh, this way Zuko will put aside his anger for the avatar and help him fire bend, plus mako is dead and I don't feel like listening to Iroh in a different voice.

yeah i feel the same way, i realy loved Iroh character, but i dont want another voice, he shoud die at the end of book 2

Iroh should die. Without Mako to do the voices, it's pointless to keep Iroh around, since he's a completely different character.
Plus, if he dies, then Zuko would be forced to mature the hard way, and like others have said, he might then decide to help Aang.

I agree 100% with the Iroh suggestions. To keep Iroh in the show would be a dishonor to Mako. I could care less how it affects the show, it's the only thing to do.

I believe that I have done several threads about this same topic. I wrote mainly about Toph dying because that is??what many people thought would happen at the time. I don't really think that anyone should die at this time because everyone seems to be walking on thin ice as it is. If you think about it, any one of the main characters dying would push another over the edge. Katara dying would make for a much less fun Sokka and a VERY upset Aang, Toph dying would seriously piss off Aang, Iroh dying would make Zuko one seriously messed-up dude, and Sokka dying would push Katara into a deep depression thus affecting Aang and Toph. I just don't think that the time is right for a main character to die (as if there is actually a right time for anyone to die, ever).

If I was a voice actor and died, I would not want the creators compromising their original ideas and story just because of it.

Rewriting something in TV because of a drastic change (death, pregnancy, hospitalization, loss of limb, alcoholism, drug problems, family time reallotment, and marriage/honeymoons/quitting in favor of extending the honeymoon) is quite common. It's not "compromising your ideas", it's "working in a demanding business and trying to take care of factors that no one can forsee".

well The way you wrote your message, it look like what kind of 12 dye would I like.
