In case you've been under a rock these past years, the Swamp Tribe is a group of waterbenders in a large swamp in the Earth Kingdom. If you have been under a rock, you'll be saying "Wait, what? Waterbenders in the Earth Kingdom? Let's burn 'em with fire on sticks!" But hear me out. Since they are a tribe and independent from the Earth Kingdom in a sense, they can be counted as a Water Tribe with a status higher than the South Pole but lower than the North Pole given by the fact that they're a seperate colony that defunct from the two major tribes and has possibly the most Waterbenders of the two tribes. But suppose that the swamp is, in some form or other, controlled and considered under the jurisdiction of Earth Kingdom laws. Given that to be the case, then the Swamp Tribe is nothing more than a group of Waterbenders under the rule of the Earth Kingdom. What do you think?
