I'd have to bust out the lotion everytime it airs. Seriously, I want to see an episode where Zuko cripples Katara then leaves her in his Buffalo Bill-esque hole. Steamy erotic torture sex would be mandatory, all leading up the big moment: Eye socket intercourse. Then he leaves Katara's beaten and bruised body in Azula's sex-torture dungeon for some fun. What would Azula do with the remaining eye? IDK

    YES PLZ

    Wow...do you like tentacles?

more then your body has room for. =)

So tell me about your childhood.

i was born in a small log cabin in an undisclosed location. (i'll give you a hint though, the appalachian mountains)

my father was an avid satanic cult leader, mother was a teenage captive forced into sexual servitude. it's nothing out of the ordinary. we would go on long walks, dip me in the lake, cut me, feed me dismembered animal/human parts, burn me, whip me. y'know. life was good, when i turned 12 a rogue spetznaz unit (conducting their usual "spy-on-america" routine) raided the cult and took me with them. eventually a norwegian family adopted me and i've been with them ever since.

*off topic again* XD Le gasp! I guess it is me! XD Ha ha! I was thinking the same thing about you! Funny, this is the forum i visit most now XDD

Me too, I can't believe that being an avatar fan since so a long time I haven't been too much time on this forums, but I'm here to redeem myself XD plus, blame DP, and Nick's lack of episodes. I haven't seen avatar in a long time 'cause Nick Latino thought it funny to air it at the hour I'm at school ????

...Can we cease the Nick bashing? Yes, Avatar would thrive on another TV station with better marketing skills then Nick but really were would they go with this? Cartoon Network would be a good choice but it'd be one cartoon out of the many that are on that station. Disney? No way, if you think it's censored now just imagine what they'd do with it. Jetix? Please, look what they did to good shows like W.I.T.C.H, they had a gold mine but now advertising whatsoever. So personally I say I'm grateful for what I can get. Also like stated before Bryke don't want it to be overtly violent or graphic or sexual like some other animes and frankly I like it the way it is except showing some cuts by Mai's darts and Sokka's sword and bruises would be nice on occasion.

I'm certainly happy it's not on the Disney channel. Can you imagine how much stuff would've been cut out then? Think American Dragon level of kiddified. I'd much prefer Nick over that. (No offense to anyone who likes American Dragon, I thought it was an ok show, but I heard the creators were also very limited by the channel.)

Isn't kind of ironic how there are SpongeBob commercials in the season 1 boxset?

Well I pretty much hate every network now. Nick has always been an evil money hungry monster. Cartoon Network had an absolutely GREAT thing going back in my childhood when Toonami was on nightly, and showed the great 10 year old boy animation shows, now they kiddied it up in a slow process and will soon become that whore that sits in the corner of the room sucking its thumb (Nick). And well Disney is ok, I have not really bothered to watch the channel after obviously seeing the name of it and common sense kicking in, therefore I cannot really criticise them. Although CN is the best out of the three for candidates for airing Avatar, I hate it the most for literally ruining my childhood by kiddying up themselves. Of course I'm not that serious about it but yeah..... it does suck. Cartoon Network is a good option yes, however I know of another. I really have no clue what so ever if this channel is only in the southern states such as Florida but I have seen it on Verizon FiOs and it's pretty good for the Teenage audience, The Funimation Channel. It's mostly entertaining anime that doesn't really extend the boundaries of sex and violence, and I've always considered Avatar to be a more serious animation compared to other crap they show on Nick. Either CN or Funimation would really suit Avatar just fine. They can both handle the show alot better then the big orange whore. Just my opinion.

The show doesn't need to be bloody, but seeing the REAL version of Jet's death, or what the bathing suits Ozai's Angels(first time I've ever called them that) wore in "The Beach" originally looked like (thong's maybe? )

I didn't intend for this thread to become a Nick - bashing one, but I guess after thoroughly thinking about it and discussing it you can conclude that Avatar is really good for a Nick show, and the way they show some things adds in its own way to the complexities of the plot.
