Actually my husband says it was Pooldude who said that his source at Nick reported there were production delays (most likely due to the passing of Mako) which caused the airdate of new episodes to be pushed back until May 2007.
Hang on I'm checking his blog to see if I can find it and post a link...
I have yet to see ANYONE who's liked this!!! Or at least the "Zuko betrays EVERY-F*ING-BODY and helps AZULA" part of it. They liked the metal bending thing and Iroh showing how he got to be called "Dragon of the West" was cool.....

My husband is trying to find the blog/post where Pooldude said according to his Nick source the new episodes won't be aired until May 2007.
Meanwhile I am left speechless by Zuko's apparent turncoat. I simply cannot fathom Zuko's betrayal of, of all people, Uncle Iroh. I am so shocked by this plot twist. It's an incredible turn. Why, oh why would they have done this?
At first, when Aang and Katara were fighting Azula and the fireball hit in front of everybody, I was like "It's Iroh!" Then I go "Yay, Zuko!!" Then I was like "HOLY F*ING SH*T?!?!?!?!!? WTF!?!?!? NOOOOO!!!!!"
I was having trouble breathing throught that part of the show....And then I cried my pretty blue eyes out about it.....Then I did a "Noooooooooooooooooo!" that rivals Anakin Skywalker's in SW Ep.3!!

I know, I know. We did the same thing at our house and all screamed 'NOOOO!' at the TV all at once loudly and in unison. It's a wonder the neighbors didn't come knocking to see if someone had caught their hand in the garbage disposal or something! lol

What I didn't quite get too was if Aang achieved the Avatar state that means he had to let go of Katara. And being in the Avatar state one would think he would have been able to intuitively know of Azula's impending lightening strike, right? Or maybe because he had just achieved the state he was not quite there yet to defend himself? Because I thought Avatar Roku said the 'Avatar state' was a defense mechanism to protect the avatar?
It's worth seeing a cha-jillion more times to think it through for sure. It airs again on Nick tomorrow at 10 a.m. and on Sunday at 1 p.m. (Central Standard Time US)
