Just curious.

If you ask me, it should be Zuko. That poor guy has suffered his whole life, and I think it's only fair that he is happy at the end.

It really depends on your preference. Personally, I say Aang. Why? Weel, first of all, how would you feel if you we suddenly woken up after one hundred years only to find out that your whole entire nation was wiped out, and on top of that you are forced to save the world at an extremely young age at which most humans are definately NOT ready and you must master all four elements? It would pretty much suck if you didn't get your happy ending right?

Well, Aang deserves a happy ending, hehe, and Zuko will probably get one as Fire lord (lulz!) but yeah, it'll all likely end as a big happy ending. (XD)

I'd like to see things work out for Sokka, he's the hardest working character of the crew (and kicked so much butt in the Boiling Rock episodes).
You know Aang will have issues, he has so many unresolved since the start of the show, Kitara seems to have a grip on things, Zuko knows where he stands now and the only real issue Toph has is with her family

Zuko hasn't suffered his entire life. With the exception of the past 3 years he's been the prince of the most advanced nation in the world. Besides, Zuko's made up for his three years of suffering by sticking it to the person who caused it, his father, and giving him the bollocking of the century. If anyone's suffered it's Aang, he's the victim of genocide, the last timelo-I mean-airbender. And the difference between the two of them? Zuko's reaction to suffering is emowail and anger, Aang's reaction is to put the past behind him and enjoy his current life.

Your past isn't important, it's how that affects you as a person that is.

Okay, I can understand that you might not like Aang's character - he can be kind of annoying somtimes. But least character development? The only person who has had anywhere near as much character developement as Aang is Zuko. Over the course of the series Aang has gone from being an immature and, yes, somtimes annoying) kid who you couldn't even trust to deliver a message (see 115) to a serious young man determined to do whatever it takes to save the world who despite everything he's been through has still managed to keep his sense of fun.
