    basically, you cut images and paste them onto another blank image..and there's a banner!

    lol yeah, sorry about that. I originally meant profile banner, but I used t_f's... and then I didn't wanna waste snowpriness456's...so yeah ^^ Sorry if I was confusing anyone.

I do have one request to make though, if you use the banners in your personal signature, please credit me for making the banner XD I don't mind if the user doesn't always credit when it comes to Profile banner, but please credit if you use them in your signature, thanks XD
