    Well, there are several ways:

    1. Ask somebody to make it for you.
    2. Download GIMP or other image editing software
    a. Take your favorite pics or pics of your choice and arrange them in a creative and aesthetic stile.
    b. upload image to image hosting site and take that url for sed image and place it in your banner url space and click "Save changes".

    Go to FILE>SAVE AS then choose the jpeg format when it asks you to give it a file name, it's under the tab that allows you to choose file formats.
