Avatarchapter.net is offering a download of episodes 16 and 17 via rapidshare under the pretence that the eps are leaked, now I have been offline alot lately and I haven't had my eye on Avatar but I'm pretty sure these are fairly dubious downloads, I could be worng and they could be leaked but I doubt it. Usually I wouldn't post something like this as most internet users a pretty savy and would suspect a download when the typical thing to do is embed video's like this but quite a few people I've been talking to have downloaded this and they haven't got back to me. So I'm just posting a warning and I would like to know if anyone has downloaded this and if it's ligit.

Sorry if this is old news I haven't been very active online recently so I wouldn't know.

To everyone who is going to flame him, don't.
Anyway, though this didn't need a thread made for it, you're right. Avatarchapter, does host avatar eps, and it will say that it has leaked episodes when it doesn't.
Trust me, it's flooded with viruses. You don't want to deal with it.

With the DVD not coming out untill late July and nick stepping up thier internet security and or keeping new eps off thier database untill only a few day before they air I would say that it is a big fat lie.

That website not only will download adware onto your computer, it still claims that ep 16 is called Firelord Ozia Recruits.

    Epic fail.

Thanks for the heads-up, but we're not stupid enough to fall for that.

It's so not worth it to take the risk. We've waited a heck of a lot longer for episodes than this small stint. Besides even if Nickelodeon recants on their July 14th straight through run, (which pretty much we all expect) the final DVD of the entire series will be released July 29th one way or another.

That's not a long wait at all comparatively. If you can't buy the DVD rest assured someone will download it to the internet that same day. No doubt about that.

Some idiot is going to be dumb enough or 'brave' enough to fall for such a blatant scam anyway. Just wait till someone does and someone needs to post that Admiral Ackbar pic

    Poor, innocent children...XD

I think I've only fallen for the site, like, the first time I actually saw it. Knowing they have flase episode titles, which the actual titles have been long since confirmed, it can't be trustworthy.

Man that is just so wrong.

They can't possibly be Avatards to jerk fans around like that.

    Evi. Pure evil.

This reminds me of when some site said they had 312-321 for download and you had to pay in Euros or something.

Whoever made those scams should go to the boiling rock and jump in the water there.

I'm really surprised that Nick Intellectual Property hasn't shut them down by now. I really wonder why they allowed them to go on this long?

It does seem suspicious that youtube videos get yanked in less than 48 hours and all these scam Avatar websites are still up and running.
