Well, we know that a lot of the older fans probably bought the DVD. But I don't know how much Nick advertised the DVD, because with Nick, the younger fans wouldn't know about the DVD. We have the internet, so that's where we get our info from, but the kids don't really.

Hell, we advertise more than Nick does.

I'm an older fan, but I'm still going to hold out for the box set. I'm sorry, but I'm a little OCD when it comes to owning DVDs (I made my husband wait a whole year after the last Matrix was released on DVD so we could buy the boxed set of that). We own so many that it is impractical for us to have all sorts of individual volumes running around. Besides, I held out for Books 1 and 2 and I'm not going to break my pattern of behavior now just because Nick is playing mind games with us.

I'm sorry that I have to take that jab at Nick, but I don't like feeling manipulated.

That's what I did, because the DVD release rate in Australia is extremely slow. We're still up to Volume 3 of series one.

We should probably know more by next Tuesday, as far as DVD sales for the May 6th DVD go. A lot of Avatarians pre-ordered their DVDs and many will wait until the S3 boxed set arrives. I have no problem with that so long as people who can buy the DVDs do so, as opposed to merely downloading them online for free.

    Gaia Avatards...~shudders~ Don't get me started.....LOL

if you want to wait for the box set, and at same time you want to see the episodes in TV, and most of all if "you have not seen it"

GO TO BLOCKBUSTER(or another rental place)

    and RENT IT!!!

My mother was going to buy it, but apparently I make her upset at me about my chores too much.

So at this rate, it's looking like Box Sets for me.
